Our expertise is founded on our knowledge and capabilities to manufacture membranes from the base polymer to the final product. As a membranes specialist, we:

manufacture with complete control over the entire production process

can formulate the chemistry of the polymer to make a bespoke membrane solution

run our factory timelessly, using manufacturing excellent techniques to reduce downtime and optimise production

can inline Quality Assurance tests based on a series of critical criteria for each membrane specification

OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM
With our ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System, our Quality Assurance Team independently monitors and tests every roll before it leaves our site. This can include the following checks and tests:

multi-point testing across the membrane

Waterproofness before and after wash (using Hydrostatic Head testing)

breathability tests to different international standards
-
ageing and degradation testing
-
conduct and analyse Scanning Election Microscopies (SEM)
